ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
All times in local French time.
You are asked to arrive between 1700 and 1900 hours, and are asked to leave by 1000 on the morning of departure. We will undertake to accommodate early arrival and late departures by prior arrangement.
You are asked to leave the property generally tidy when you leave. Our cleaner will do the final clean, and allocates 10 hours to do this well. However the owners reserve the right to make deductions from the damage deposit for any extra cleaning above 10 hours should the property be left excessively dirty. This charge would be based on 11,50 euros per hour.
NON AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY
If, for any reason beyond the Owner’s control, e.g. fire damage, death, the property is not available on the date booked, all rent paid in advance will be refunded in full. The Hirer shall have no further claim against the owner.
ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS
If you amend your booking after it has been confirmed it must be put in writing.
COMPLAINTS
We have endeavoured to ensure our information is accurate, however we cannot be held responsible for any changes which might take place after our inspection and publication of these details. We cannot accept responsibility for events or persons outside our control e.g. breakdown of domestic equipment, exceptionally bad weather or the actions of carrier companies. We shall make every reasonable effort to organise rectifications of problems reported immediately. In any case we cannot accept liability greater than the amount paid by the Hirer for accommodation. Complaints must be made to the Owner immediately, to allow the Owner the opportunity of rectifying any problem.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A deposit is payable and will be refunded when any damages, breakages, or chargeable consumption have been paid for by the client. All bookings are accepted on the condition that the client is responsible for and will pay for any telephone calls, damage or breakages in or to the property occupied, including such damages, if any, which may only be discovered after departure. The damage deposit will normally be returned within 4 weeks of departure.
CANCELLATION
If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking for non-insurable reasons, he should advise the Owners immediately by telephone, followed by confirmatory letter. Upon receipt of such letter, the owners will (without obligation whatsoever to the Hirer) use their best endeavours to obtain a replacement letting and, if such replacement is obtained, will then refund to the Hirer any monies paid less a handling charge. If the Owners/Agents are unable to re-let the holiday, the Owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already made.
